How To Test The Purity Of Your Gold?
The letter "P" represents the motor's horsepower rating in rolling machines.
When referring to a range such as 5P to 30P, this indicates motors with horsepower ratings from 5 HP up to 30 HP. Using the same conversion factor (1 HP ≈ 0.733 kW), the power range in kilowatts is approximately:
5P motor: 5 ÷ 0.733 ≈ 6.8 kW
30P motor: 30 ÷ 0.733 ≈ 40.9 kW
So, a rolling mill rated from 5P to 30P would have motors with power ranging roughly from 6.8 kW to 40.9 kW.
Power and horsepower conversion formula:
Horsepower (P)=kW×0.733
This conversion is useful to understand the motor power specifications in different units.
The typical hardness values for these shaft materials are as follows:
·Chrome Molybdenum Vanadium: HRC 59-60
·DC53 Steel: HRC 60-62
·Tungsten Steel: HRA 89-91
These hardness levels ensure durability and excellent wear resistance during rolling processes.
A mirror surface provides a highly polished finish that can reduce or eliminate the need for additional polishing. This finish is essential for high-end accessories or items requiring smooth, reflective edges. Glossy surfaces offer shine but may require further finishing depending on the application. Use mirror finishes when precision and aesthetic quality are paramount.
Our sheet press boasts an accuracy error within 0.005mm, ensuring superior precision. It incorporates imported components known for high stability, low noise, and excellent tablet flatness. Additionally, it features safety mechanisms on both the left and right sides to ensure operator protection.
A 4-axis rolling machine includes four final shafts: two larger supporting shafts positioned above and below, and two smaller working shafts in the center. This configuration allows for processing extremely thin materials. For example, a 10P feed material starting at 3mm thickness can be rolled down to as thin as 0.01mm. Such machines are used when precision thinning of sheets is required.
The 4-axis rolling mill can reduce sheet thickness from as thick as 3mm down to as thin as 0.01mm, depending on the feed material and machine settings. This makes it suitable for delicate and precise metal forming applications.
Rough pressing is generally used for thickness reductions above 0.2mm (machine parameters typically up to 0.3mm), suitable for initial shaping. Fine pressing handles thicknesses below 0.2mm, providing smoother surfaces and finer dimensional control for the final product.
To prevent oil contamination, you can use bearing grease lubrication, which is suitable for low-output scenarios. Alternatively, sealed bearings can be employed to reduce or eliminate lubricant exposure to the material surface, ensuring cleaner processing.
